I recommended this to a friend who absolutely loved all the guidance & information she received while reading Renegade Writer.
I feel like I was just taught how to write for the first time. It teaches concentrated confidence and enthusiasm in the art of storytelling and adventurous out of the box research. How to get adrenalin pumping through your imagination. No BS. You got to love it.
As a first time novelist this book is an absolute asset. The tips, pointers and guidance W.G.Griffiths has put into it's pages is an inspirational life line that motivates, captivates and drives me to continue on my quest. The format is easy to read, clear to understand and W.G.G. shares his own adventures on his creative path.. The research journeys are entertaining and clear cut explanations of how to gain the knowledge required to write a story not just well, but great.
In reading this book I learned far more than I did in two years of writing school and is in a dimension well beyond any standard course offered I have come across or attended. It is also a book once opened you will find hard to put down. W.G.G. packs in the knowledge and excitement to show any writer or would be writer exactly what a sensational read should be like.
If you have an inclination to write a story or have written many stories this book is the one that is your road map to success!
Griffiths shares first hand experience and his knowledge of writing, and of course, his novels show that his experience is worth a lot. It's a great journey of him sharing his experiences, and how he has mastered the fine art of being a storyteller. It's a gift that all of us writers strive to do. I like how he breaks down the components of writing and shares information that can lend to someone who alreayd has a gift. Let's face it, anyone can write, but to be a writer and storyteller, there needs to be gift and natural talent, or it's just words.
